When we work together, we’ll need you to:
1. Involve Us In Strategic Conversations About The Direction Of Your Business
As your business changes, so do your technology needs. Key strategic decisions you make for your organization can have profound implications on the technology you’ll need to keep your business running smoothly in the future.
That’s why we need to be aware of the long-term strategy and goals of your organization. Whether you’re growing, downsizing, or going through other changes – we’ll make sure you have the right technology to support those changes well in advance.
2. Involve Us In The Budgeting For Your Technology
Unfortunately, the technology you need isn’t free. Once we know your business goals, we need to make sure you have the budget available to implement the technology you need to reach those goals.
Most technology costs can easily be budgeted for if you plan far enough in advance. We’ll help you account and budget for the technology expenses you need to make to reach your strategic and business goals. To do so, you’ll need to include us in your regular budgeting discussions.
3. Make Time Available For Regular In-Person Meetings
The only way for us to find out where your organization is headed in the future and what you need right now is by talking to you in person. That’s why we’ll need to talk to the key decision makers in your organization 1-on-1 on a regular basis.
By informing us of your long-term strategic plans in regular meetings, we’ll be able to take your technical interests at heart and plan your technology accordingly.
4. Let Us Talk To All Of Your Staff Directly When Needed
Your employees are the people who interact with your technology most intensively on a day-to-day basis.
By talking to them directly, we can find out how the current technology they use is performing, how they use it, what’s lacking and how to improve it. Through direct conversation with all of your employees, we’ll learn what technology solutions your organizations can adopt to help them do their job as effective and productive as possible.
5. Commit To Working With Us By Signing A Contract
We take care of your technology for the long-term, and will be right by your side, whenever you need us.
You can try out our services for a few months without signing a contract first. But in order for us to reliably staff and budget for all your needs long-term, we’ll need you to sign a contract so we’ll have the assurance that you’re committed to this project for an extended period of time.
By signing a contract, it’s clear to both of us how we’ll work together and who is responsible for what. Plus, you’ll get a flat monthly rate that includes all of our services. You’ll have a fixed operating expense you can budget with and will never be faced with additional charges or unexpected costs.
